I acquired this website back in December 2006 with the intention of developing and monetizing the site. It never happened, hence I’m now looking at selling.
Income: Google AdWords, minimal $8.14 in the last 4 months. I’ve only one advert and my placement could probably be improved. Proof: www.expertphotoshop.com/sale/googleincomeproof.JPG
Traffic: Steady 50 unique a day, even without promotion. When you publish a new article, if you submit your tutorial to the right places you can get hundreds of extra hits for a short while. Reason for selling: Honestly? I don’t know enough about photoshop to write my own tutorials and I don’t have the time and money to develop this site. As you can see in the x number of months I’ve owned it, I’ve only put on 3 new posts (which were paid for).
Also included are the following undeveloped domains (will not sell separately?)

These have great potential to be developed into a nice networked collection of tutorial sites.
