Here's the start of the tutorial:
1. 1. draw the head of our skull as a circle - use Eliptical Marquee Tool and fill it with #000000.
use select>modify>contract and choose 5 px.
then click the 'delete' button.
Eliptical Marquee Tool:

result of this step should be something like this:

1. 2. make another selection with Eliptical Marquee Tool and locate it at bottom.
then, earase it once again.
