Calling All Tutorial writers get 50$/Tutorial

Hello,

If you are talented in making good tutorials of unique and cool effects/photos/interfaces/designs or anything in Photoshop, then I'd like to contact you. I will pay $50 per tutorial that we like. Before you do anything you should know the following.
You have to send the tutorial to us. And not all tutorials will be accepted. If we don't like it we will reply back and tell you ways to improve it.
Tutorial will be edited when publised.
You must provide a PSD file so it can be uploaded for the members.
You must have Paypal account so we can pay you, if your tutorial is accepted.
Your tutorial should not be posted any where and even after sale, your tutorial should not be posted any where for 1 year.
After we buy the tutorial we will be the right full owner for the tutorial and it will be copyrighted to us.
Tutorial should be easy to understand and should be step wise (ex. Step 1: Make a new layer step 2: Fill it with gradient red. Etc..)
You must have screenshots of confusing/hard steps provided. And all screenshots should be put in a folder.

First of all... it works like this.

If I did write "any" tutorial for you, I would ask that you sign a confidentiality agreement and attach valid proof of identity. Reason: It goes both ways.... You can't just expect that I would gladly hand you my hard work and then you will pay me when it's sufficient to you. To be honest....it could border on trying to take people for a ride thinking they are stupid. But I will give you the benefit of doubt.

You sign an agreement and send it back to me, then I will say yes.

That is not to say I am interested. I just find it odd that you are asking people to submit everything. If it 'was' me I would create the tutorial and then take a beautiful video/screenshot of it and upload it to youtube for your inspection. To be honest that is what I would do if you didn't agree to signing an agreement. Or even better....create the tutorial and then convert it to pdf format and have a nice watermark on it. That way you can view it and suggest all you want. :D
