Photoshop related question

I am learning photoshop, and I am stuck at how to make a picture look blueish, like the header of www.hfboards.com. I have an image which has colors that don't fit my website, so I am trying to force a blue shade on it to give it the same colors of the website. Any idea?

Try Ctrl + U and check colorize. Then just play around

There is also the Color Balance CTRL + B... Also if you go image > Adjust > Desature from the top menu then to the CTRL+U thing said in the previous post it will look better.. I think anyway LOL
