It's worth a lot unless there is a copyright issue anyway. But would like clarification on its tm status, and ownership status.

I am currently in the process of having the name tm-ed, I have had to file for a request for reinstatement due to some unforeseen circumstances and missed the original deadline. I currently use the site for an entrepreneurial information site with links to my current startup project and have owned the domain for 2 + years.
