android is googles new software for mobile phones.

android is an english word hence i don't think there will be issues of copyrights.

iandroid to me is great can anyone confirm or refute.

Value depends on the uptake of googles software. Putting "i" before it reduces its value because now it becomes a brand name and one that is not used. There is this false valuation for iDomains based in iphone that is going around. If you want to take advantage of that, sell it while the market is there.

How you use the name esp. development will determine whether you are infringing on their brand.

A completely different track would be to develop as a Sci/fi site.

By the way forgot to say, it is not an issue of copyright. That is something else. It is an issue of trademark and brand.
