I'd say about $30-$50 reseller. I don't see much monetization potential in that domain to be honest. If you're patient and hardy enough to find a telephone service provider willing to buy that domain as, say, an instructional site on getting started with their phone, you might be able to sell it for something around mid-$XXX. There are two nice keywords in this domain, you could probably get $50 for it if you find the right person and even more if you develop it.

Just don't think of it as related to phone + tutorial.
You may very well connect it to cell phones,cell phone games tutorials, helpfile for thousands of phone models,and many others such application like iphone etc..
To monetize the most of it,Develop the site to show the expandability and vastness of this domain name.And perhaps you may land up with biggg Offers..

Flipping it on it's head you could develop it into a database of tutorials that can be accessed by mobile. This doesn't have to relate to phones, it could be cooking recipies, game walkthroughs, language lessons etc.
The current value is little to none
The potential is huge!

This site would need to be developed to get much value out of it. But there are plenty of possibilities.

1. Phones are getting more and more complicated
2. Consumers in their 30's and 40's+ are not keeping up with the times

It would be a huge database and a lot of work, but if you could get a lot of content I'm sure you'd start showing up as #1 in google for a lot of keywords.
