I have been noticing that many of htese Psychic phoneline ads on the radio are now advertising (at the end of the actual ad itself) that they are looking for phone psychics to hire.

When I first saw this domain, that is exactly what I thought of. A site that has info on how to get hired by one of these companies as a phone psychic.

It would be fairly wasy to research and build such a site. Just do a little research on it and write a few articles about getting such a job and then provide links ot places that hire for such "positions".

Will i tmake you any money, who knows, that depends on if you can get traffic to the site. Bu thte point is that a developed domain will usually bring in more than an undeveloped one (not always the case though). Once developed, I would turn to these companies who offer these "services" and try to sell it to them.

But as for an appraisal for your domain undevelped, I'd say you could get as high as low to mid $XX for it in a hurry.

So if advertisers are paying that much, then you can expect AdSense and SEDO clicks to pay you about 1/3 of that -/+. So why the low appraisal?

You are much better off developing the site into something much more usefull than just affiliate links. You need content. Make the site useful and give surfers a reason to click on your ads other than the fact that ads is all you got. I would venture to guess taht you'd get more ad clicks on a site with decent content as opposed to a site that just looked like you want people to click on ads. My goal wold be to sell it ot a company in the biz because I have no interest in "psychics", especially phone "psychics". So I wold dev it first to see if I can get any traffic and make it worth more than just a few bucks.

If you follow my advice, perhaps once you develop it, go hang out on forums where folks are trying to find work at home jobs. That is one of the best places I can think of to get interested/targeted traffic. Just give them a site where they can go to find out about become a work-at-home phone psychic. hten display AdSense ads to help pay fo rthe site and your time. After all, $1.00 a click!!!!!!! I would venture to guess from my experience that google would pay you at least 1.00 per click on the top most ad on a given page for ads that advertisers are paying $4.00+ per click. But I will not discuss adsense anymore given that i really don't want to violate the TOS.
