Currently, I don't have any plans on selling it. Although i have no clue on how to get the best price.. i do plan to hold onto it for a while till a make a few small flips and get some experience.

I'm just looking for some Appraisal/thoughts from more experienced flippers

Understood, I've dabbled here and there since 2004....however, I know for damn sure I'm no expert, I really enjoy the marketing aspect of acquiring new name more then anything lol...however, it seems like a really great name that you could pitch to all contracters, hell, even suppliers would be interested im sure, I have no clue what to tell you to ask for it though, start working the phones and see if you get any interest...Good luck!!

I was a little skeptical about it, but after reading your post.. I'm really glad i picked it up. The idea of pitching it to suppliers is amazing! Didn't occur to me.. My thinking was only limited to Google page one site owners.

Just so you know, i've read in a few different places, don't bother trying to sell to the guys on the first pages, I'm not sure how legitimate the information is, but supposedly, those guys don't need the traffic, won't won't be as hungry as page 7-10

Oh! Forgot to mention.. by first page site owners, i meant the people who were advertising!

Like i said, i'll try to flip some smaller domain and get to know the system! Plus i plan to contact the owners of parked City+Electrical.com domains and see if i can get a price. Then i'll know what the market rates are.
