Pheenix Scammed Me! Avoid Them!

I bought 2 domains from Pheenix worth around $$$ on March 24th but till today I did not get the domain into my account. I opened support ticket but they did not even care to respond until after 10 days and when they replied, they never came back with the solution to my problem.

Since I did not have a choice, I filed a paypal dispute and its been almost 4 days and I have not even got any response on the paypal dispute area. Now I plan to escalate this further to paypal if I dont get response in another 10 days from them.

I would recommend totally avoiding pheenix.

Sorry, i don't mean to be rude. I feel your pain. However it's always wise to read some reviews BEFORE you spend your monies anywhere, rather than after you got scammed.

Pheenix is dead for about a year already.


Added: Escalate it to a claim asap. Search here at NP all threads about them scamming and not delivering and attach their urls to the claim. Good luck.

Guys here is an update

Pheenix finally responded on 15th April saying this

"Looks like the auction was mislisted. We went ahead and provided a refund to your account."

Since i was not planning to use pheenix anymore, i asked for a refund to my paypal to which they responded on 25th April and they agreed to refund to paypal

Received refund on 3rd May to paypal
