For an auction site to be down is really bad. Pheenix should invest in quality DDOS mitigation services.

Still, I disagree. Yes Dropcatch catches much more, that's for sure, but still i got many tasty ones via Pheenix.

Yes. Just send them email and ask, after you have some history with them.
