I like it.
There are quite a few websites using "phat" instead of fat.
I also like "z" instead of "s" as an alternative.
Catchy! Brandable!

Yours could be interesting for
File sharing and sending huge files website like sharefile.com etc.

Not sure about the price though.
I would say to an Enduser you could sell it for mid $xxx on a good day.
