Not bad in terms of use of screen real estate. However, the template and visual representation doesn't emphasize radio at all.
You have quite some header space to actually get some decent images, eventually custom designed in there.
Your format is: Rap, Hip-Hop, R&B, Beatz, Breakz, House, Jungle, and Drum & Bass - reflect that on your site. Graffiti comes to mind, a wall mural somewhere in/from Houston, get some tunes on, eventually tap into live broadcasting online. Granted, there are license requirements, but an online radio station doesn't cost a fortune anymore. It would greatly improve your visibility and range of audience.
Also, in terms of content:
Involve the audience, get the top 10 out there and have people vote.
Get creative with your advertisers, on-air and on-line packaging.
Include a short - 30-60 seconds, video of some of the studio activity. people like to look behind the scenes.
Deliver unique content - brought to the audience by your DJs
Provide some sort of artist bio for your most played titles
AND..last but not least;
as I'm sure you're using some sort of playlist generator (if not, get one - they're cheap by now) and start publishing your playlist online - hyperlink to a MP3 outlet and hopefully generate some cash on the side.
That's it for the beginning - this should keep you busy for a bit
