Out of 1000tlds ,I think if you are purchasing any ngtld then for that to be premium it should be a premium one word that matches the extension or makes sense to pronounce along with extension and some of them cost too much and also I'm not interested in ngtlds so don't consider my answer.

I like pharm and espresso. When you check namebio, you can see that .global registry has sold lot of keywords for around $4800 (and some for higher amounts), and my guestimate for your keywords would be also around this value (1-5k) for serious end user.

Saying that, renewal is around $59 usd for those, so you need to be proactive and ideally contact endusers
