Unfortunately, what you have here could be viewed as trademark infringement, which pretty much kills any potential value.
PGA Tour is, of course, such a recognizable brand that trying to sell this domain presents a lot of obstacles:
No one is allowed to operate a golf-related business on it, due to TM restrictions.
You cannot approach the PGA to sell this name for fear of legal action against you.
You cannot park or develop this name in any profitable way related to golf due to the same TM issues.
Ultimately, the only possible buyers for your name are:
someone who wants to use it as an informational golf site (i.e. no revenue generation)
a business that somehow has a non-golf use for it (which is unlikely given the popularity of this brand and its relation to golf)
Trademark issues as they pertain to domain names can be very tricky. A good rule of thumb is that if you think there could be a problem, don't buy the name until you know more.
I would let this name drop when it expires in April. Ethically speaking, it's the right move. There's always a chance it could sell to someone for a few hundred dollars, but your reputation as a domain investor is more important.
