If this thread is found, the diversity of opinions and beliefs on appraisal topics and visions of the future will break through. Exciting.

I find myself unable to commit to one single value.
Try this: Right now, you can't get more than $1k for the robot name.
I also see a possible alternative translation as "pet-obsessed," which could be valued higher.
In more than 10 years, there will be petoids—robots resembling pets in countless variations regarding species, size, breed, sensory capabilities, etc.—in every household, just as smartphones and televisions are common today; then you'll be at least $250k.

P.S.: I'm replacing down-to-earthness with bias here.
