Thanks for your answer Vane. I'm a spanish native speaker and what you're saying is not correct. I understand that without the R has more value, but with the R it's still a word. Pesame (pésame, correct spelling) means "weigh me" and pesarme means "to weigh myself". Asegurame (asegúrame, correct spelling) means "Assure me" or "Insure me" and aseguraRme means "to assure myself" or "to insure myself".
This being said, it's clear that there's no value if the .com, .org, etc, are available.
