Any suggestions on value for Personales.tv (personals)?

I have to believe this could be THE premier Spanish-language domain for a personals/dating site, especially one that had video personals from its members.

Anyway, unbelieveably it is a NON-PREMIUM renewal, which should also add to its value.

Any thoughts? I am not too familiar with the Spanish-language market for .tv domains at this time.
