Just read the laws on trademarks and then you will see, or ask the questions in the legal section and you will get answers from some legal experts

Just check here and you will see, you can benefit off someone else's trademark, this is just common sense

Just because you haven't had any issues yet, doesn't make it ok or legal. If you saw someone shoplifting and they got away with it, does it make it ok for you to go and do it...think about what you just said??

Dont give new domainers the wrong legal advice and encourage people to register trademarked names

I agree with Giles Coley. It's a Trademark domain, you should not have registered this in the first place. Personally I would drop it. Anyone buying it would have the risk of a UDRP, which they would definitely lose.
