The dot net sells FU EU Dog T-Shirts. I would drop too myself. But I can see the arms folded "there a city in mass too". But I would stop when I saw "Lord Oxford" on the hypen dot com. Goodluck.

I guess university names are covered by TM protection of some sort. Yes, there is more than one Cambridge University, but that means any or all of them could make claims against this domain.
There are plenty of UDRPs involving Oxford University as complainant, don't think the case here is any different. I smell possible problems.
