PENDING DELETE for .US

Hello,

I always thought that PENDING DELETE status is strictly 5 days (120 hours). However, it looks like the rules are different for .US. I am monitoring a domain for at least 15 days now, it has this status the whole that time...

Domain Registration Date: Sun May 02 05:56:09 GMT 2004
Domain Expiration Date: Tue May 01 23:59:59 GMT 2007
Domain Last Updated Date: Wed Jun 13 02:18:00 GMT 2007

Can anyone confirm this?

Normally it's the 5-day rule. But some domains have been put on hold by the registry forever. For example domains that include either of the 7 so-called 'dirty words'.
