You might want to research past sales and see if you can dig up info on all the food.us sales. Someone was purchasing a whole bunch of food.us domains for very nice prices, at least mid $XXX I believe.

Might be worth taking a look at, then either contacting the buyer or putting it up on Afternic or Sedo.

Mid $xxx is a bare minimum u can expect.... try and find an end-user IMO, which i dont think should be too difficult, look for peas importers/exporters in directories et cetera and throw them an email...
