guide Paypal Verification process and business account time frame

I got a paypal account created and just now i get the account needs to be verified. I have sent all the documents needed but there are few needed to be sent by fax. The thing is, How long this verification method would take place? I have to refund all payments to my account and temporarily transferred to someone else i could trust.
Anyone have the same experienced?
