PayPal send payments down

Hey guys, anybody else getting a error message at paypal while trying to send payments out? Not payments in but payments out. ty

craziest thing, i tried for an hour and it wouldnt send a payment, now its going thru just fine. Hmm, mustve been a temporary glitch, Mr. Rob. thx for your concern.
