PAYPAL question

I have a question about using paypal to buy/sell domains:

paypal recently wrote me that I must upgrade to premium/business account (and pay their 3%) to receive over $500 a month. I do not charge credit/debit cards. All I do via paypal is get PPC revenue from Domainsponsor and get paid by people who buy my domains via sedo or privately.

Do other had same experience where paypal would not let you use a free personal account in such cases?

I have 3 accounts with paypal, personal, premium and business, for different use.
Do you receive over $500 a month? if so, use the other two account and you can always transfer within your accounts (like making payment to yourself) freely and you only need to associate bank account to your personal account with which you withdraw your money.

Well seeing how you are received business payments and getting paid for selling your domains(aka a "merchant") then they will require that you get an upgraded account.
