Heya folks,
I know this has been probably discussed before, but please stick with me and help me out if you can.
I recently sold a domain name to a fella for around about $300 dollars. Now, though, Paypal contacted me saying there is a problem and he says I didn't send his domain, even though the whois says he is the owner, and I have the emails that prove I pushed to his account.
How should I fix this? I can't just be giving up hundreds of dollars here and there for idiots who're trying to scam me. What are my methods I can take to remedy this? Paypal's Help system is NOT a help at all, and the "resolve this problem" link only allows me to either give the money back or provide tracking information, which I don't have of course because it's an intangible good.
Thanks for any input you all can give me. These sorts of things are quite distressing/disheartening when I have been doing so well (with such a good reputation, too) in the domain name trading business.
