Paypal Funds

Hi

I m a business member in paypal i m using it almost from 2008.

Coming to the point : On Feb 1st and on 3rd i received payments from my clients total amount is $xxx

Out of which once client used Personal payment option and another client used Services and they charged the fee for second client and i received the payment after the deduction. Now the problem is they reversed the transactions both and forwarded the payments to respective clients by charging the reversal fee. They haven't informed abt the personal payment options no specific email alert {I cant go daily and check the site for updates its there responsibility to mention some how} What exactly i can do now?
Why should i pay for reversal fee? and why shd i loose the amount

Any help

Paypal scams us all at one point, brother. They owe me about $500 from 9 years ago, part of their "money freezing to boost their stocks thing". They said a hacker tried to get in my account and have not lifted the restriction even after I sent them proof of identity. Paypal = ripoff. I use 2checkout.com now to get payments, and my customers can still pay via paypal.

Did anyone read the Tech Crunch post. PayPal issue with India has to do with some terms with the RBI, and until they resolve that, payment receipts will be returned. This is most likely temporary and has nothing to do with PayPal targeting Indians.

Paypal has never done me wrong. I have been using them for over two years now, and they always come through for me.
