I registered some domains by Moniker.
When I want add money to my account by credit-card, very often, I receive error: Payment Authorization failed.ERROR: Card declined
Sometimes they accept my card, but often there is an error.
There is an enough money on an credit-card. I do not understand reasons of such difficulties with addition to the account. How to fill up an account, does someone can knows some tuning of account, or algorithm?

I would contact Moniker and ask them. It may be they are having problems with their systems, but they are the best people to ask, I think.
