FTP access issues on dedicated server

Now i feel like i have bite bigger then i can chew. Are dedicated server really that tough to create?

i have bought the dedicated server from serve path. i am using plesk 8.1.0 control panel. i have created a web account in it. now i am hoping to sell products and take credit card payments on my site. unfortunately the server won't allow my credit card processing company to access my ftp account. i can access my ftp fine but they cannot.

any one knows what i might have not done right to have this happen?

Is there anything in the logs? Sorry I don't know where to look in Plesk. The company you bought your server from should be able to help you as well.

a host usually can help you out. not sure if they will, if they are a smaller dedicated server company they'll usually assist you and look after the custormer.
maybe talk to customer support
