Pay2Surf Dead?

I don't know if anybody here has heard of Pay2Surf, but it's basically one of those "click our ads and we'll pay you $x for each click and then you cash out" sites, and supposedly it was one of the best (high rates and always paid).

However, they seem to have shut down now along with my pending $35 cash payout

I know it's most likely a lost cause, but I had been waiting for about a month now and I was just wondering... had anyone EVER been actually paid by them?

Well I haven't used them though i have seen few people who had gotten paid 10$-$20 payments. None of them using it anymore. So i guess they are fading.
