Pay Per Click Programs That Recognize PayPal

Hi !
I live in a third world country, and am sure many who are in same position like I am face the same problem of AD-SENSE ...
They sure only Cheque and for (few countries only) have started WESTERN UNION.
So, I wanted your ideas which other parking or Ad-Sense LIKE programs are out there, which send payments via PAYPAL, MONEYBOOKERS, WESTERN UNION to ALL COUNTRIES, or anything which is easy to receive.....

Those three are relatively easy to get into.

Only 2 options are Bidvertiser, Clicksor which use Paypal. But again paypal is not available in most countries and I have heard too many bad stories about Clicksor.

We accept Paypal and pay thru it as well.

IMO, big PPC providers should be able to adapt accordingly to other modes of doing business on the net so as not to restrict such users.

We accept PayPal at AdToll and also pay out to PayPal.

Yahoo traffic accepted mostly in North America.

Bidvertiser is not bad company.
But, instead of PPC, you could try some affiliate networks.
Also, widgetbucks will be great (if its not scam, they just started) because they got nice CPM rates. I dont remember do they pay via paypal anyway.

exoclick.com also pay in paypal, but you will earn not more them 1-2 cents per click.

I tried Bidvertiser....But the problem is it doesnt have adverts related to United Arab Emirates or Dubai !
