I just joined them, both to see which one is better for me.

and i have already submittedmy domains, i think 3-4 days ago.
but until now they havenot approved it yet.

How long is the normal time that they take to approve domains?

they approved me like in 6 hours though i think they dont work on the weekend
the ppc is not so good though
