a few questions for you:

When will the "traffic analysis" be available again?
Option to upload custom content (aside from custom visuals)?
Linking to streaming content? (bandwith friendly as we'd be using i.e Youtube's bandwith)

That's the main things i'm thinking about.

Some parts of the Traffic Analysis program have been turned back on. The referring url is still not available but hopefully will be soon.

The ability to add text, etc... should be available once we work out 1 bug that we have. It could be tomorrow morning, it could be next week. So far I haven't found a single company that has been able to fix the bug and I'm determined to get it fixed.

Link to streaming content, you mean like on the bottom of http://www.phpscripts.com where I am linking to a youtube video about php?

Two things, it's not available yet, it's only available in the content editor, since I hacked it in after I saw you post this.

But you won't be able to replace the images with it. At least not for a little while.

Thanks Donny! :tu: Makes me feel a LOT better, i thought i missed it. Anyhow, it would make a great addition, including the content editor, especially if the video can be placed within the content - practically wrapping the content around it. All the while, the main structure, such as images and links remain static in location...
Sounds like you're well on the way to open another chapter of parking history!

The problem I see with the text addition the way it is now is it appears on every page. It would be nice to have it on the landing page only and the results page not show it (or vice versa)- that way it appears to be two completely separate pages to the search engine.

Of course the ultimate would be to be able to have separate text addition for every page...

Hia everyone. Got a question for the Parked guys...

Since I like testing out various parking services I have a ton of sites listed in my Parked account that I am not pointing to Parked at the moment. If I plan to keep a site away from Parked for a long period of time, should I just go ahead and delete it?

I am concerned that these non-Parked sites might waste some of your valuable time if you guys do periodic hand optimizing or something to people's portfolios. It would also help to clean up my account to only have sites that are truly pointed at Parked.

However, I am concerned that if I ever DO bring these sites back to Parked some day you/me/both will have to then optimize/format them all over again.

So, in summary, would you like us to delete sites that are not parked at Parked for a long period of time?

(For that matter, I wonder what the other parking services feel about this situation since I have a lot of "orphaned" sites all over the place.)

Is it just me or have earnings been down the last week at parked


I am seeing more volatility in the pricing of clicks and the payouts.

Anyone with a diversified portfolio see the same thing?

Had a domain go from $1.90 average click and after the update ended up at .05! That's the largest drop yet. Same domain has so far today the same $1.90 again - let's see what happens tomorrow with it.

Earnings have been slipping over the past few weeks. For me much has to do with the way google is indexing the domains, as much of my traffic for a number of domains was search driven - that's drying up. Hope they get on top of that quick.

Google doesn't allow ppc ads for firearms/ammo/etc.

Parked uses a Yahoo feed, but I'm guessing that Yahoo's list of banned ads closely mirrors that of Google's.

Let's see how big this post can be.

Yahoo doesn't allow weapon ads, not much we can do there. So we show what we can do. I owned a few nice gun domains, I sold them.

Whitebark - The estimates are just that, estimates. Our system learns from the past and will adjust the prices based on volume and values we get back from our providers. But where you had one domain go down, you had another go up just as much.

I talked to my friend at Google again today, he said that most things should be back to normal after the next update. He couldn't officially tell me if what we changed after the update would help or not, but he said it was looking good.

Overall numbers have not been down this week compared to last week. Sunday was up 3%, Monday 10%, and Tuesday 7%.

My RPC for phpscripts.com, is averaging about $0.22. But you must know all Parked.com employees get the same rate as new customers. The overall RPC was actually higher when the domain wasn't a 1 click domain.

chenzen - I like your avatar. Shoot me a PM with your information and I'll take a look at it.

blabla.us.com domains are virtuals off of the us.com domain name. Even though I like and respect what Joe and Centralnic have done with their portfolio, I have been told by our providers that all domains must be valid gtlds/cctlds.

if I have domain 12345.com/blablabla.com or something like this, what is the match keyword for that domain ?

Donny : Email reports system is not working correctly.all Domain Statistics [ 2007-09-19 ] for my domains was zero! even visitors and click for yesterday,but as I checked stats on my acct,Email report stats was wrong.
