Parked.com - Frame redirect - HELP!!

I just got approved for my parked account and switched my domains over from sedo. On there parking options page, it says to do a frame redirect and gives the redirect address. My question is, what is the box below for with all the source code? And on my hosting account, when I click on frame direct instead of http it asks for a title, main description and beta keywords. What goes there? With sedo, I used http and didn't have to enter all that. does it matter which one I use?

Personally, I would recommend using the nameserver option, it's always much more reliable.

The code below is if you have your own server you can just drop in that one and it will redirect.

If your hosting account is asking only for a url, just give them the one in that source code, we are just giving that as an example.
