domain palmsresortcasino(dot)com - Ok or TM issues?

Can anyone help me valuate this one please?

I picked it up from the drop list but i'm wondering whether it would have TM issues. I'm in the UK and have never been to Vegas - Is Palm Resort a specific place or is it just a hotel resort with casino, if that makes sense. There are other palm resorts around the world to but the market for this would be vegas.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

im in Vegas now! It is a casino/hotel off the strip . . . Maybe market to them for less than UDRP would
cost . . . though Im no attorney!

Yea I can see that there is a hotel/casino called Palms Casino Resort - there are others in the world though called Palms Resort, a fair number actually. I need to do some TM research as i'm wondering whether as long as i'm not marketing in their sector or using in 'bad faith' etc then whether i'd actually be in breech.
