The PR ranking seems to differ from page to page depending on who links to where. If people link to subpages, those pages might be more than the first page. Or might be less if people link to the first page and not those pages. If that makes sense.
Google calculates your pagerank on how many inbound links you have to your website. They see this as a vote for your website. That your site is good enough for a webmaster to link to you. Your different pageranks mean that more people are linking to your main page. Not too many people link to subpages.

BUT even if your sites have no pagerank, it does NOT mean they suck in anyway...
it just means theres not enough links to them... and google is stupid by making a page with lots of links show up first,it should be quality of sites etc,etc..
They only update PR like every 3 months or so, so a site that has a PR0 rating could sit there for a bit with that rating. No, it doesn't mean that it sucks. It just means that Google hasn't picked it up yet or the admin hasn't advertised it yet.
