Looked into it, has a population of under 6,000 people total - Small. I would contact local authorities / travel agencies there, see if they're keen. Outside of that, not sure what you could do. Never heard of that place, would assess its value as small unless sold to an authority / company there, in my opinion. Hope this is helpful

Outside Montserrat, $5 - $10 if you're lucky. Inside Montserrat, "maybe" few hundred selling to an authority. But as NoneIsNone said, you may have problems, if they want it badly enough

.ms is a really good extension, there is much demand for it outside of Montserrat, few uses are:

- US state of Mississippi (because ms is its official state code)
- Also popularly being used by European companies of Germany, Dutch, and few uses in Brazil also.

you can also find more information regarding this extension here at wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.ms

But not popular for what it was meant for (cctld of Montserrat), and it will be hard to get reasonable offers for Montserrat.ms. Next time before registering .ms domain you need to take care to pick some generic word to target traffic from US, European or Brazil Users.

Padr.es seems a good one, and it's a domain hack for Padres, Your domain(Padr.es) and extension(.es) both are capable to target Spanish traffic, hope you will get good offers for this domain.
