In what should be good news for domain investors, the owner of noo.com has won a UDRP case brought against them at WIPO:

would be good to find out who the "experienced, independent domain name broker valued the domain name at USD 35,000-65,000" clown is. there needs to be harsher punishments to those who get caught out trying to hijack a name.

150k seems like a very decent price for that domain, too bad (for them) that they missed that opportunity because of bad advice. I doubt that the offer still stands.
