At what level do you consider registering/buying a dot NET? and how do you compare OVT with SE results?

If the domain is really good, then I would consider a .NET. But if you were looking at building a site, long term, then I would try to see if you could buy the .COM from the person who currently owns it. (Can't help with OVT, not good with that stuff)

Yeah, go ahead and tell that to ben franklin aka nameadmin who just spent on the below worthless .nets:

nipples.net - $15,916.00
microbes.net - $675.00
licensing.net - $1,300.00
rentproperty.net - $369.00
snapshot.net - $3,302.00

WHAT IS really good? What ovt or se qualifies a .net as "good"?

That's my point. I've not been a big .NET fan, but seems that the sales and asking prices are growing. licensing.net - $1,300.00 looks to me like a steal considering the prices I've been quoted on a few one word .nets.
