'Overutre' in reference to music would peg this as an interesting portal for classical music/concerts. Perhaps you could sell videos of famous Orchestras, or bands, something like that. I like the name, myself.

be careful of Yahoo in how you position. that is the name of their search engine PPC system (technically speaking the name of the company they bought)

If you park it, I would definately choose some music related keyword to associate it with, not any PPC terminology....
