I think .im is the extension for Isle of Man. I think it is unlikely you will recover the hefty reg fee on such an unknown extension.

I do not entirely agree. The keywords "car insurance" should be fetching low to mid $x per click. You should be able to make some money from parking and I would expect you to be able to sell the domain to a reseller for xxx.

Excellent keywords as this industry is huge. Across all the major search engines the keywords "Car Insurance" get's 53,004,052 searches per month. That's a staggering number. As for the .im, well it's a new ext so we will just have to see how it plays out but if it does take of your on a winner here.
