I don't even like the sound of the domain inventingdream.com. I wouldn't register those names if they were on a drop list. Secondly, there are all those TLD's and dashed versions, but none with the plural version. The plural version of the dotcom would be of much more value than dashed, uk, and .net version.

It is interesting that people market like that with all the stats of internet users and growth worldwide, as if it would matter with a bunch of so-so names for a somwhat limited target maket for the keywords in the domain.

Just isolating, and looking at the names alone, I would pay $10/ea for them and would even be having second-guesses at that.

I wouldn't call it a rip off, because no one in their right mind would pay that. Most like a waste of eBay fees.

Gotta feel for the poor guy, he is an apparent victim of the appraisal scam, fooled to believe his domain was worth thousands with a potential (phoney) buyer that was hot for it. Note the appraisal link in the eBay ad

Well theres a mug born every day, appraisals seem to be so out. They go by a few key things and stick a value on a domain without even knowing its full potential.

Ive put domains of mine into appraisals before, it told me they were worth thousands!
