Firstly, never put the full domain in a thread like this, its easy for the buyer to find it and it could ruin your sale

Do you know who the buyer is?
Is it from a free email like Yahoo, Gmail etc
You need to find out who the buyer if possible?
Is the offer via Sedo? Check where the Sedo buyer is from? Does it match one of the companies below?

Could it be one of these companies? Research is very important when setting a price on a domain
