Over optimized?

ok this one has been up for about a year now, except the first page, google has no index of any other page:
http://www.coolimg.com/

is it because:
urls look over optimized?
content is weak / image based?
possible copyright issues in regard to images?
google hates the site ?

Did you have these links set up? These links are from totally irrelevant sites... Notice how http://www.hadeseh.com/ is PR6, but http://www.google.ca/search?q=link:coolimg.com returns nothing.

Yeah I think Google may be penalizing the site for 1 or more reasons that you stated.

I have been penalized before but then I learnt from the mistakes.

And changed it.

Don't read every article on SEO and don't follow every step that are in there. Is the main thing for SEO.
