Outsourcing Contract Needed Will Pay!

I will pay someone to write me a outsourcing contract. If you already have one that's even better. I have $15 and it's yours if you can get me something. The contract must be for programmers that i outsource to and have a estimated time of completion they must follow and a space for a document tree. Also They must agree to giving progress reports every two days. It's a simple contract and most anyone can do it but my spelling and grammer isnt the greatest.
