I don't know if this is a good way of valuing this domain, but the typo of Mortgage.com (Mortage.com) recently sold for $242,400.00.

A google search of mortgage returns 314,000,000 results
A google search of "our mortgage" returns 2,600,000 results.

I will park it for now and check out the ppc.

What can you expect from a domain that I only paid $.60 for (RF special).

I don't really think you can value a 2 word .info based on a sale of a 1 word .com typo. However, I like this combo of words for development purposes. It would make a cool site if you installed a script that allowed people to track the amortization of their mortgage or how adding additiojnal payments could affect the principal, etc. But based on domain name value - I'll give you your reg fee bump

I'd also have to valuate at regfee - the .info hurts and it is two words. Comparison to a .com one word typo is not a good guage of your .info name's value
