osCommere auto e-mail shipping needed!

Hi, I need an oscommerce auto e-mail shipping. I use paypal ipn module, http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2679. I sell codes. Please only apply if you really can do it and it must be done before Friday, 22 December 2006. I also can pay you maximum $25.

Here is what the module must do:
1. It will take a look if someone has paid with paypal.
2. Read the order and how much codes they order.
3. It will take from the database codes that I sell and put it in the e-mail
4. it send the e-mails with code
5. The code will be deleted from database and a removed to another table( So I can see which codes are sold)

All codes are uniques. Examples:

dfdjgod
48hfd9f
