Looking for appraisals for this name: OrlandoHot (dot) com

I was planning on using it for something else, however having done a bit of research, FloridaHot.com is currently listed for sale at $3200. I've no idea if it's actually worth that or not however.

It has no obvious intrinsic value, although it's clear and catchy and fits a town built for entertainment, which also has access to beaches.

If someone wants it, they might buy it. But it's just a roll of the dice and pretty low odds.

Price yours against HotOrlando.com and FloridaHot.com.

I'd price it under $2,000 if you're planning to keep it for 5 years. If waiting longer than a year or two isn't what you're hoping for, then price it under $1,500 or under $1,000. Be sure yours is the cheapest, most visible option for the buyer -- assuming such a buyer appears.
