I don't see a lot of value, sorry, and tough to sell as not very desirable.
You have names which will only mean something to very very few people, so the value is really what they would pay (if anyone).

Put them on the free marketplaces like Sedo, etc, and see what traffic and offers you get.

The only one which stands out, as kite26 stated, is GlobalDiscuss.com. I think it'll take a lot of years to sell, as there won't be many people who can use it, but you could get 3-4 figures (or no sale in 4 years, again, it isn't a highly sought after name).
