surely not for the first year.
I was thinking it could be used to try and sell some to endusers who wouldn't care so much for the 12EUR renewal...

Are you sure ?

I think its no problem to transfer them (after 60 days).
Bought last year some .mobi's from them and transfered them few days ago without problems. But i'm going to check again their TOS in next days.
